RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Black Asus, every piece is handcrafted and made to order — produced specifically for you, from scratch. This means our return process works differently than mass-produced brands. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
All Black Asus garments are produced on demand. Each order triggers a unique production process tailored to your selected size, style, and design. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns based on change of mind, personal preference, or dissatisfaction with the style after purchase. We strongly encourage you to review all product photos, descriptions, and the size guide on each product page before completing your order. If you have any doubts about sizing or product details, please contact us at info@blackasus.com before ordering — we are happy to help you find the right fit.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your order within 4 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked. After 4 days, your order enters production and can no longer be cancelled, modified, or refunded. To cancel, email info@blackasus.com with your order number within the 4-day window. Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described on the product page, we will make it right. You must contact us within 30 days of the delivery date. To submit a claim, email info@blackasus.com with the following information:
— Your order number
— A clear description of the issue
— Photographs showing the damage or defect (multiple angles if possible)
We will review your claim and respond within 48 hours. If your claim is approved, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. We will also provide a prepaid return shipping label or cover your return shipping costs — you will not pay anything to return a defective product.
Please do not ship any item back to us without first receiving approval and return instructions via email. Unapproved returns may not be processed.
SIZING
Because each product is made to order specifically for you, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for sizing preference. Every product page includes a detailed size guide with measurements for each available size. We strongly recommend consulting the size guide before purchasing. If you are between sizes or unsure about the fit, please contact us at info@blackasus.com before placing your order and we will advise you on the best size for your measurements.
SHIPPING TIMES & DELAYS
All Black Asus orders are handcrafted and shipped from the United States or Overseas. Standard shipping typically takes 16-35 business days from the date of purchase, which includes production time and delivery. Premium Express Shipping is available at checkout for faster delivery (6-12 business days).
While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to production schedules, carrier issues, or other factors beyond our control. Shipping delays do not qualify for a refund as long as the package is still in transit and trackable. You can track your order at any time using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Please do keep in mind that we always follow up with emails updating you about your order.

REFUND PROCESSING
All approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
If you have not received your refund after 15 business days from approval, please take the following steps:
— Check your bank account or credit card statement again
— Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times can vary
— If you have completed both steps and still have not received your refund, contact us at info@blackasus.com and we will investigate
BEFORE FILING A DISPUTE
We understand that issues can be frustrating, especially when you are waiting for a resolution. If you experience any problem with your order — whether it involves a defect, a missing package, or a refund — please contact us directly at info@blackasus.com before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or credit card provider.
We are committed to resolving every issue fairly and promptly. Filing a dispute without first contacting us can result in delays for both parties, and may complicate the resolution process. In most cases, we can resolve your concern faster than the dispute process itself.
ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR REFUND
The following are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:
— Items where more than 30 days have passed since the delivery date
— Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or are not in their original condition
— Items purchased during a promotional sale or with a discount code, unless the item is damaged or defective
— Gift cards
— Orders cancelled after the 4-day cancellation window
