We offer two shipping options depending on your preference:
▪ Premium Express Shipping: 6–12 days (Ships from USA Warehouse)
▪ Standard Tracked Shipping: 16–35 days (Ships from Overseas)
Both timeframes include the entire process of production, handling, shipping, and final delivery to your address.
All orders come with tracking numbers, which are automatically emailed to you as soon as your package is shipped out. Typical delivery times may vary slightly depending on courier services (USPS, DHL eCommerce, or similar carriers). However, you may receive your items earlier than expected. We kindly ask for your patience in case of delay, because due to the curent situation delivery companies are stressed out and delays may occur.

It depends on where you are. All orders are processed within 2–10 business days. Please note that we don't ship on weekends or holidays.
Orders are packed and shipped as soon as possible, usually 5–16 days after you place your order.
Actual shipping time depends on the shipping method used. The free US shipping typically takes between 10 and 18 business days.
International deliveries usually take 2-8 weeks to arrive, depending on the supplier, your location, and customs controls.
We do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered on time. However, we can't be held responsible for conditions beyond our control, such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

We also work with third-party courier services. After your package arrives in your country, the respective national post is responsible for delivery.
